Shipping

Every order ships free with tracking. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–14 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

90-Day Returns

We want you to love your ScoopSense. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Contact us by email with your order number to start a return.
• Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, or isn't delivered within 30 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
